Description
A growing marketing and internet firm needs a talented, hard-working and pleasant Administrative Office Manager and HR administrator.
Responsibilities:
- Working directly with the President and CEO
- Will be Administrative Officer for the entire company as well as office
- Ensure company maintains compliance with all state and federal laws
- Weekly reporting on company progress
- Work with attorneys on company incorporations, securing new insurances, necessary legal documents, etc.
- Business writing for and with the President and the CEO
- Manage marketing ads, budgeting, ad placement, tracking, etc.
- Payroll, A/P, A/R, bookkeeping, check writing, processing CC transactions, banking, daily and monthly cash flow and tracking company spending
- Perform all detailed HR tasks including recruiting, hiring, firing, policies and procedures and be the “go to” person for all employees
- Trade show and conference logistics
