Account Manager/Inside Sales Telecommunications

A second language is an asset

The Account Manager/Inside Sales will maintain ownership of client relationships; achieving annual sales targets; developing growth oriented account strategies; developing and implementing account plans; securing opportunities for new and existing products within the base of existing key accounts.

Responsibilities:

Act as primary contact for selected accounts in SME Market
Protect the current revenue stream and grow the business by identifying opportunities to promote our services
Develop account plans and conduct internal and customer presentations
Provide complete and accurate order/service information
Achieve customer satisfaction objectives
Respond to customer requests, REP’s and relationship issues
Manage the sales cycle for existing clients
Manage the sales proposal process
Grow and maintain a close working relationship with the Client Support Group
Meet clients face to face

Requirements:

Solution-orientated with sound relationship building skills
Exceptional client relationship management skills
Proactive self starter who can plan and execute a sales strategy
Demonstrated sales, negotiation and presentation skills
Results oriented person with the ability to proactively identify opportunity situations and propose competent solutions
Knowledge of telecommunications
Strong written and oral communications and listening skills
Minimum three to five years account management experience in the telecommunications industry
Bachelors degree or equivalent working experience
Must have a car
Bilingual - French and English and asset
