Positions are temp to hire paying $11.50 per hour. Perm salary is $29,000 plus.
Successful candidates will have experience handling high volume of inbound calls, have a pleasant phone manner, have the ability to resolve customer concerns and are proficient with one or more software packages. Criminal background check required prior to start and no absences permitted during the first month of training.
