Our client, a Property Management/Real Estate Company in the Downtown Toronto area is seeking an Intermediate Administrative Assistant

This individual will be responsible for:

- Supporting a department of 2-4 people 
- Putting together proposals
- Maintaining the database
- Dealing with couriers/typing letters/faxes, etc...

 

This individual must:

- Have a University degree
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Be proficient in PowerPoint and Outlook (advanced level in both)
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years administrative assistant experience
