About Job Postings
The Job Board can handle an unlimited amount of Job Postings - each within a category or group of categories.
A Job Posting can be entered "manually", that is typed into the system with an administrator password or automatically "interfaced" from a front-office recruiter system.
You have full control on the formatting of the job posting from boldface type or underlining text or a combination of both or any color, font or effect you wish.
Applicants can browse prostings within a specific category (ie: receptionist or major group like office positions) or use the Search capabilities to list job postings based on one or more keywords.
Each Job Posting can contain the name of the recruiter with imbedded email address and the applicant wishing to show interest or apply for a particular position can simply click on "I am interested in this position" to send an email to the recruiter which will identify the Job Posting to which they are responding.

How Categories Work
You can define as many categories and levels of categories as you like. This example shows 4 "levels" of categories which can be used to define job postings in various divisions within your company. You can also specify separate branches and have potential applicants browse postings for that branch within divisions that the branch supplies.

Overall Description of the Job Board
My Own Job Board is a completely configurable job posting or "careers" section that can be easily added to your web site without any programming.
This system can be easily installed onto your hosted website server whether on your site or ISP hosted, and a simple link button added to your own corporate website that will now enable your website to display and maintain a list of job openings in your company.

You have complete control on
the categories and the which jobs are listed under each category.
Applicants can browse jobs by category or search job postings based on
keywords. Clicking on a Job Posting will "open up" the
posting for an unlimited area for the description in plain text or
HTML. Interested applicants can email the recruiter directly.
