30 days are devoted to training to ensure you are equipped to excel, and the remaining 60 days give you the opportunity to put your training into action and prove yourself. Those who meet or surpass the established goals for call quality, productivity, attendance, and schedule adherence and meet the hiring criteria will be extended offers of employment as Customer Service Representatives with FedEx at 90 days.

During the 90 days with us, you will receive:

* $12.00 per hour, including training time

* Capturing orders for package pick-up and delivery with total accuracy
* Responding to Customers’ needs and requirements promptly and with optimal sensitivity
* Ensuring complete Customer satisfaction by effectively offering solutions to Customer needs and timely resolution of problems
* Communicating with Customers via state of the art technology
* Striving to provide better service through up-to-the-minute knowledge and awareness of package delivery systems, station openings, service features, volumes, etc.

The essential requirements are:

* HS diploma or GED
* Basic communication skills
* Typing and data entry skills
* Windows XP and Internet Explorer experience
* Drug screen, background and reference checks
